In this pivotal role, you will be the friendly face and organized voice of our grooming salon, ensuring every client and pet receives exceptional support from the moment they walk through the door. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment, streamline appointment scheduling, and manage daily office operations with precision. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, love animals, and excel at multitasking, this is the perfect opportunity to make a positive impact in a lively pet grooming community. Duties Greet clients and their pets warmly, providing excellent customer service and support throughout their visit Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and direct calls efficiently Maintain organized appointment calendars using Google Workspace or similar tools, ensuring smooth daily operations Handle data entry tasks such as updating client records, processing payments, and managing booking information with accuracy Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly, practicing professional phone etiquette, and supporting clients' needs Experience Prior office management or administrative experience in a busy environment preferred Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and personal assistant tasks highly desirable Join us in creating a joyful experience for pets and their owners!
