About the Role Join Garden of Grooming as a Salon Pet Stylist, where your passion and grooming expertise create a calm, elevated experience for every pup. You'll work in a positive salon environment with a groomer-first culture that supports your craft, safety, and your growth.
What You'll Do:
Deliver premium 1-on-1 care, performing all aspects of grooming: bathing, cutting, shaving and trimming. Provide a low-stress, safe, and positive grooming experience for every dog. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming station and shared salon spaces. Collaborate with fellow groomers, bathers, and salon leaders to create a supportive team environment. Prioritize safety and quality standards. Role Requirements 1+ years of professional grooming experience Comfortable interacting with customers/pet parents Comfortable using smart phones (device provided!) Ability to safely lift and handle dogs up to 50 lbs unassisted Ability to safely guide or maneuver dogs up to 100 lbs with the use of the van's equipment (e.g., lift, grooming table)
Compensation, Benefits & Perks Pay & Bonuses:
