Job Description

Obsessed with dogs? Have experience with dog bathing? Seeking a gig where you can set your own hours and earn great pay? Look no further — Mountain Peak Grooming in Truckee, California has incredible booth rental opportunities opened for skilled dog bathers just like you! Here at Mountain Peak Grooming, we never cut corners and uphold a well-rounded and holistic approach to grooming tailored to each individual dog's needs. None of our team members are expected to reach a dog or dollar quota — so you are able to take all the time needed to make the pup (and pup parent) happy. As an independent contractor, you can set your own hours while working alongside our dynamic and supportive team. We provide the tools you need to do your job well — soaps, shampoos, bathing tubs, tables, dryers and a place to store your personal tools.
WHAT YOU BRING
At least six months of bathing experience. Nail trimming skills required; sanitary trimming/paw pad shaving skills preferred. Dedication to Mountain Peak Grooming's standards of quality. Willingness to employ a detail-oriented and individualized approach to every dog's needs. Capacity to work flexible hours and days. Punctuality to ensure all dog appointments begin on time. A professional demeanor with every client.
BOOTH RENT AND TAKE-HOME PAY BREAKDOWN
Approx. $500 per day in potential take-home pay (depending on speed and client load). 100% of your tips are YOURS. You pay 50% of the cost of each service provided — this means that you pay half of your total daily services. You take home the other 50%, on top of all your tips. Interested?
