Experienced Dog GroomerQualifications Minimum 3 years of professional grooming experience Skilled in all-breed styling Advanced hand-scissoring skills Comfortable handling various coat types and dog breeds Ability to perform breed-specific trims and customer-requested styles Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality grooming Primary Responsibilities Full grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, hand-scissoring, and styling Evaluate coat condition, skin health, and grooming needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional customer service2. Professional Dog Bather (Grooming Assistant)Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional bathing experience Nail trimming Anal gland expression Teeth brushing Sanitary trims Professional brushing and drying techniques Basic understanding of coat care and skin health Primary Responsibilities Bathing and drying dogs Brushing and coat preparation Nail trimming, sanitary trims, teeth brushing, and anal gland expression Assist groomers with daily grooming operations Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards Support a safe and positive environment for pets and staff Employment TermsIntroductory Period All new employees are subject to a 90-day introductory period. Continued employment is based on performance, reliability, teamwork, attendance, and business needs.
