Our business is built on caring for and providing a safe, secure, healthy, happy and fun environment for each one of our guests. Bathers/Kennel Technicians are responsible for overall care, well-being and enjoyment of our guests.

Our ideal candidate must:

have customer service experience (professionalism is key); ability to relate to public in a kind, compassionate and supportive manner. have paid, extensive experience with bathing (grooming handling and preparation from start to finish), including bathing, drying, brushing, nails, cleaning. be a hard working individual who understands the importance of cleanliness and takes pride in their work. be able to work in a busy, high energy environment (where multi-tasking, prioritizing, organizing, memorizing and moving quickly is expected).

Responsibilities and Duties Customer service duties, including greeting, checking in and out of grooming and hotel guests Bathing, grooming preparation from start to finish (bathing, drying, brushing, nails, cleaning) Handle general care tasks, such as feeding, cleaning and walking of guests Supervise large and small dogs in a pack-like environment (dog group play and individual play) Engage in play activities and exercise with guests General facility sanitation and maintenance Maintain clean and healthy environment (kennels, common area, playgrounds) Keep records of Pet feeding and medication Be accountable for the health and safety of each guest Qualifications and Skills Past, paid experience in both grooming and kennel work is a MUST Ability to interact with animals in a calm, assertive non-threatening manner Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment Be energetic and able to keep up with the doggies If you think you would be a great fit, please respond with your resume.
