Booth or Shop Setup Compensation:
Groomer keeps 100% of grooming revenue and tips We have a storefront grooming opportunity available in the Sunnyside area for an experienced dog groomer who is ready to operate independently. This is not a traditional employee position or training role. It is best suited for a groomer who can manage their own clients, scheduling, services, and day-to-day grooming work. This could work well for someone looking to move into their own space, grow from mobile grooming into a storefront, or operate from a professional booth/station setup.
Available Options:
Individual Grooming Station - $1,500/month Includes grooming table and chair Great for an independent groomer wanting their own professional setup Groomer manages their own clients and appointments Full Grooming Shop Option - Approx. $3,000/month + NNN + utilities Approximately 1,500 SF Flexible layout for a larger grooming operation Build-out options may be available depending on setup

Ideal Fit:
Experienced dog groomer comfortable working independently Able to groom dogs without training or supervision Has or is willing to build their own client base Own grooming tools preferred Business insurance required Licensing/certifications as applicable
