Current Grooming Volume Current grooming volume is averaging approximately:

Golden:

2-6 grooming appointments per day

Westminster:

2-8 grooming appointments per day Typical hours to start are approximately: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Flexible scheduling and days available

Note:

Full time scheduling at one single location is not currently available, but is a long-term goal as grooming volume continues to grow. Responsibilities Complete full grooms independently Follow PACFA safety and sanitation guidelines Keep salon clean and presentable throughout the day Help maintain self wash area during shifts.

EX:

Refill shampoos and basic supplies as needed Clean and disinfect self wash stations & your grooming station Assist customers with basic self wash questions when needed & Upsell self-wash memberships to pet-loving candidates Each location has 3-4 self wash stations, which help bring in steady customer traffic while allowing groomers to stay focused primarily on grooming appointments. What We're Looking For Previous professional grooming experience required Comfortable grooming a variety of breeds and coat types Comfortable working independently Friendly with customers and dogs Team-oriented attitude Weekend availability (at least one weekend day) Must be 18 years old or older Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation Groomers are paid either commission or guaranteed hourly pay — whichever amount is higher for the pay period. Guaranteed hourly pay or; 40% commission on grooming services + 100% of customer tips

Example:

If a groomer works a 7-hour shift, their guaranteed pay for the day would be $140. If their 40% commission earned that day was $185, they would receive the higher commission amount instead. All grooming products, bathing supplies, booking software, utilities, marketing, and facility overhead are provided by Evo Dog Wash.
