We are looking to add a few great, dog and cat loving individuals to our pet boarding and daycare team! The job responsibilities include (but are not limited to): supervising small groups of dogs in a daycare setting including providing fun and enriching activities to our pets as well as consistently maintaining a safe, controlled and above all caring environment, cleaning indoor and outdoor kennels, handling dogs (of varied temperaments) to and from kennels and play yards, assisting other team members, staff and groomers, etc. The job requirements include (but are not limited to): Attention to detail Ability to identify and remember a wide variety of dogs Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per day Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs. You must have a high comfort and confidence level around all breeds, sizes & energy levels of dogs You MUST be a
TEAM PLAYER
You must be motivated to work•
NO EXCEPTIONS
•this position will require you to
WORK... YOU MUST LOVE DOGS

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
•this is a non-negotiable. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays•another non-negotiable. Our ideal candidate should possess the following: excellent communication skills; eagerness to work as part of a team; ability to take direction from supervisors; must be flexible, willing to assist your team members and be diligent about maintaining the care and safety of all of our dogs, clients and team members; experience must include at minimum 1 year in a previous animal care environment as an employee or volunteer (i.e. veterinary technician/assistant, previous kennel work, shelter work, or other animal care work•we WILL verify).
