We're a 5-star rated, woman-owned, premium mobile grooming business serving Fairfield County, and we're looking for experienced dog groomers to join our growing team. You'll work independently in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art grooming van , providing one-on-one, low-stress grooms in a calm environment—no shop drama, no waiting cages. What You'll Do Provide high-quality grooming services including bathing, blow-drying, brushing, haircuts, de-shedding, nail trims, ear cleaning, and breed-specific styling Evaluate coat and skin condition and communicate any concerns to pet owners Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service and build trust with clients Handle pets safely and humanely, using proper restraint techniques Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and grooming van Manage your daily schedule and arrive on time to appointments Drive and maintain the mobile grooming van (cleaning, refueling, daily checks) What We're Looking For Proven professional dog grooming experience (required) Confidence grooming a variety of breeds and temperaments Strong time-management and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to safely lift and handle dogs of various sizes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A genuine love for animals and pride in your work Cat grooming experience a plus—but not required What We Offer Competitive pay
