About the Role We're looking for someone enthusiastic, caring, and ready to learn. You'll assist with grooming services while receiving hands-on training from experienced professionals, with the potential to grow into a full groomer position.

What You'll Be Doing Learning & Assisting:

Support grooming appointments while learning bathing, brushing, drying, nail trimming, and more

Pet Care:

Ensure pets are comfortable and safe throughout their grooming session

Customer Interaction:

Help communicate with pet parents about their needs and preferences

Team Support:

Keep tools and equipment clean and in top shape What We're Looking For A genuine love for animals and a desire to learn pet grooming Friendly, reliable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment Comfortable handling pets of all sizes and temperaments English required; Spanish is a plus Based in or able to commute to the Deerwood area (Southside) in Jacksonville, FL Compensation & Perks Commission-based pay: $100-$400/day depending on experience Tips are 100% yours (no sharing) Weekly pay + performance bonuses Tools provided Paid time off, flexible scheduling, and referral incentives 1099 contractor role Schedule Options Choose your own hours 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available Part-time or full-time Ready to Start?
