We support our groomers with well-paced schedules, clear expectations, and a smooth workflow so they can focus on quality work, consistent income, and professional growth. What You'll Do You will own the full grooming experience for your dogs from start to finish: Check in and check out customers in a friendly and professional manner Bathe, dry, and groom dogs to breed standards and customer preferences Manage your time and workflow to maintain quality without chaos Communicate clearly with clients on expectations and outcomes Communicate openly with management on any issues or support needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming station Ensure every dog leaves safe, comfortable, and well cared for How We Work Groomers handle both bathing and grooming for their dogs You earn based on your output, quality, and efficiency We run organized, well-paced days with clear expectations so you're not overbooked or guessing what to do next We continuously improve workflows together. Your input matters Qualifications Two+ Years of proven grooming experience (portfolio/photos required) Ability to groom a wide range of breeds and coat types Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable, consistent, and able to manage your schedule Comfortable handling dogs up to 50 lbs Must have your own grooming tools Certification is a plus, not required.

Compensation Commission:

Training Period:

40% commission for first 2 weeks

PM Part-time:
