We are a busy pet grooming and boutique store looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Assistant for weekends. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role , ideal for someone organized, friendly, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent service Schedule and manage grooming appointments Answer phone calls and assist clients with questions Handle pet check-in and check-out Support retail sales in the store Keep front desk area clean and organized

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

REQUIRED

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must love dogs and be comfortable around pets

Important:

This is a busy and active position . You will be interacting with customers constantly and handling multiple tasks at once. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and has a great attitude .
