Dog Daycare Attendant Overnight

Job Overview We are a small, family-owned dog boarding facility located in Palm Beach. We keep things intentionally low-volume so every dog gets real attention, not just basic care. This is not a high-volume kennel job. It's a steady, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things well, even when no one is watching. Who this is for This role is a good fit for someone who: Is motivated and genuinely wants to learn Has vehicle Shows up consistently and takes responsibility seriously Pays attention to details and follows through Is NOT afraid of Dogs of all sizes Is calm, reliable, and steady in their work Wants something long-term, not just a temporary job Previous kennel, vet tech or dog experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person. Pay is based on Experience Who this is not for Someone looking for a fast-paced, social daycare-style environment Someone who prefers indoor-only work Someone who struggles with changing schedules Someone who brings drama, inconsistency, or a lack of accountability We keep things simple here. What the job actually looks like Day-to-day work includes: Feeding dogs and maintaining their routines Letting dogs out multiple times a day (in all weather conditions) Cleaning suites and maintaining a calm, orderly space Schedule & Availability This role requires flexibility and reliability.

You must be available for:

Weekend shifts Holidays and peak travel seasons We do our best to rotate and offer flexibility when possible, but consistency and availability are important.
