Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling according to breed standards and client preferences Handle animals safely and confidently using proper restraint techniques to ensure their comfort and safety during grooming procedures Assess each pet's coat, skin, and overall health, alerting owners to any concerns that may require veterinary attention Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized regularly Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with pet owners about grooming needs and aftercare instructions Assist with pet handling during drop-off and pick-up processes, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for clients Support other team members with animal handling tasks such as kennel cleaning or pet sitting when needed Experience Prior experience in pet grooming is highly preferred; certification from a recognized grooming program is a plus Veterinary technician, veterinary assistant, or kennel experience provides valuable animal care skills that translate well to grooming services Familiarity with animal restraint techniques, pet care routines, and animal handling best practices is essential Strong customer service skills are necessary to build trust with pet owners and address their concerns professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle larger pets or equipment safely This role is perfect for motivated individuals who love working with animals and thrive in a lively environment. Pay:

$1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week
