Job Summary Cat Caretaker - Join the H.A.L.O. Rescue Team! Part-Time | Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Wednesday Are you passionate about cats and dedicated to keeping their environment clean, safe, and comfortable? H.A.L.O. Rescue is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cat Caretaker to become part of our team. This part-time role includes weekends and select weekdays, with opportunities for additional hours during holidays or staff absences.

What You'll Do:

Provide daily care for approximately 30 resident cats, including cleaning kennels and refreshing food and water Handle cats of all personalities with patience and compassion Maintain a high level of cleanliness to promote animal health and well-being Occasionally assist visitors with meeting adoptable cats and offer friendly, helpful support

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for cats paired with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Someone who works efficiently in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work Ability to bend, kneel, climb step stools, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly A friendly, patient attitude with a willingness to engage with potential adopters

Schedule:

Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Wednesday:

8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Additional hours may be available for holiday coverage If you're passionate about animal care and don't mind getting your hands dirty to ensure cats have a clean, comfortable space, we'd love to hear from you!
