Looking for a person who is interested in an amazing opportunity to groom in a high end, luxury mobile grooming company in Winter Park called Squeaky Clean Grooming. As an example:
if our average pet stylist's sales goals are $600 per day for a 9am-5pm schedule. Our clients tip an average of 15%-18% bringing groomer's gross pay to $270-$290 daily. However, the max number of pets you do in a day, and sales varies.
Other Pay:
New client referral bonus What you'd do on the daily: Pick up and drop off mobile salon Arrive at the mobile grooming salon with enough time to do a precheck of all equipment before your first appointment. Use an app to see your appointments and route to the destinations. Collect pets from clients and communicate about their current grooming and health. Groom dogs unassisted. Clean equipment and contact surfaces thoroughly after every single pet. Engage and communicate with clients in a professional manner. Add pet notes for services completed. Fill out a pet report card for every single pet. Adjust sales invoices. Take payments from clients. Drive safely, following all traffic laws and never text and drive. Communicate issues with your team when they arise. Fill gas and water at the end of each day.
Do daily maintenance:
empty trash, rinse salon AC filter, empty hair vacuum, empty shopvac, clean tub and hair trap, et cetera. A personal note from the owner: We strive to perfect our craft, learn each day and become a better version of ourselves every chance we get. Our company is focused on delivering the highest quality of service and care and our clients appreciate that. It's our honesty, integrity and true care for the pets and their families that has brought us to where we are today. They could get a cheaper groom elsewhere but they choose us because of the quality work we do and how we communicate . I often say we aren't in the pet grooming business, we're in the pet communication business. Groomers see the pet's whole body up close and at a frequency that helps us identify issues, weeks if not months, before a scheduled vet visit. We can even detect mood or behavior changes from one groom to the next. Although we are not veterinarians or even vet techs, we are in the unique position to inform the client when we see symptoms of potential health issues. We speak for the pet because they can't. All members of the team are held to high standards of consistency because that's what our clients have come to know and expect. Pet grooming is more than playing with kittens and puppies all day. It can be physically demanding, mentally taxing and even emotionally challenging at times. I won't sugar coat this profession and operating a mobile salon also has its challenges in addition to the client facing side. We are a small business but we want to grow to meet our demand. Hiring is not taken lightly for me. You wouldn't just become an employee, you'd become an invaluable part of what makes us so special.
