Part-Time House Manager / Household Help McNeil home Winter Park, FL Job Details Part-time $20 - $30 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Inventory management Customer service Dog handling Meal preparation Organizational skills Purchasing Full Job Description We are a busy household in Winter Park looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time House Manager / Helper to support our home operations.
Responsibilities include:
Thorough cleaning of the entire house Laundry and ironing Meal prep Dog care (walking, feeding, playing with, and general care for our big dogs) Organizing spaces and keeping things tidy Managing small household tasks such as deliveries, tracking supplies, and maintaining inventory levels Other light administrative or organizational support as needed This role starts at 10-12 hours per week with a flexible schedule. We're looking for someone trustworthy, proactive, and who takes pride in their work. The right person could grow into more hours and responsibilities over time.
Requirements:
Previous experience with housekeeping, home organizing, or household management preferred Must genuinely like big dogs (not just tolerate them — you should enjoy being around large, energetic dogs) Comfortable and experienced with dogs Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Positive attitude and good communication skills References from previous households strongly preferred We value reliability and a long-term fit over everything. Background check and references will be required.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
