Pet Groomer Experienced (W-2 or 1099)

We are looking for an experienced pet groomer and animal lover to join our team. This role requires strong grooming skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. We offer a relaxed but organized work environment , where teamwork, responsibility, and professionalism are important.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of continuous grooming experience (required) Experience with dogs (cats are a plus, not required) Ability to perform full grooms independently (bath, haircut, nails, ears, etc.) Safe handling of pets of all sizes and temperaments Must be an animal lover Verifiable work references Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well in a team Willingness to follow company policies and procedures Open to feedback and continuous improvement Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Tools & Equipment:

Must have your own complete grooming tools (clippers, blades, scissors, etc.) Must have experience using grooming tools professionally

Responsibilities:

Perform full grooming services with quality and consistency Handle pets safely and professionally Maintain grooming station clean and organized Follow daily schedule and complete services on time Recommend additional services when appropriate Support team when needed

Compensation:

$800 - $900 per week (average) + tips W-2 or 1099 available
