Responsibilities:

Main lobby operations - check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions Answering and handling calls in a professional manner Maintaining cleanliness Maintaining cleanliness Scheduling File maintenance Data entry

Requirements:

Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays 1-year customer service experience preferred Computer skills Timekeeping Excellent organizational skills Able to utilize multi-line phone Strong communication skills Able to lift 40 lbs. Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day Able to handle dogs on leashes Display professional manner at all times
