Job Description Job Description The Pet Cemetarian is responsible for managing and maintaining pet cemeteries, ensuring a respectful environment for pet owners and their beloved companions. This role involves overseeing burial processes, cremation of pets, coordinating with clients, and upholding the cemetery's standards of care and upkeep. Responsibilities Coordinate pet burial and memorial services / cremations with pet owners. Maintain cemetery grounds, ensuring cleanliness and professionalism. Pick up deceased pets from veterinarians' offices Record and manage burial and cremation documentation accurately. Assist clients with plot selections and arrangements. Provide compassionate support to grieving pet owners. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of headstones and markers. Cleaning the building and crematoriums. Pass drug screen test, and random ones after being hired Be able to lift 75 pounds Company Description Savannah Pet Cemetery has been serving Savannah and surrounding areas for over 38 years.
