Responsibilities Provide attentive pet care by feeding, watering, administering medications, and monitoring health status throughout the day Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques to ensure safety for pets and staff Engage pets in enrichment activities and play to promote mental stimulation and physical activity Maintain clean and sanitary kennels, cages, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards Assist with pet grooming tasks such as brushing, bathing, and nail trimming to keep animals comfortable and well-groomed Support veterinary procedures by assisting with animal handling, restraint, and basic medical tasks as directed Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about their pets' needs and stay details Skills Strong animal handling skills with the ability to safely manage dogs of various sizes and temperaments Experience with dog training techniques to assist in behavioral management when needed Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to move supplies or assist with large animals Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with pet owners and team members Background in pet sitting or kennel work demonstrating reliability and compassion for animals Join us in creating a caring environment where pets feel loved and secure!
