Kennel Attendant - Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday)

Location:

Fairfax, IA We're looking for a reliable, animal-loving team member to join our kennel for Friday-Sunday shifts. This role is hands-on and active, caring for boarded dogs and helping keep our facility clean and welcoming. We'd love to find someone who's a great fit and interested in staying with us long-term if possible.

Available Shifts:

Friday 7am-2pm & 2-9pm Saturday 6:30am-2pm & 2-9pm Sunday 6:30am-12pm & 2-9pm Required to work some holidays What You'll Do Feed, administer meds, exercise boarding dogs Administer medications and monitor health & behavior Clean kennels, play areas, and laundry (there is a lot of cleaning) Assist with daily kennel operations Lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Work certain holidays as part of the team schedule Play with dogs

What We're Looking For:

Previous animal care experience preferred (but not required) Strong work ethic and team-player attitude Good communication skills Reliable and available for weekends/holidays Why Join Us?
