The ideal candidate has a passion for animal care and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our furry clients and their owners. As a Pet Bather, you will be responsible for ensuring pets are clean, comfortable, and well-groomed, contributing to their overall health and happiness. Responsibilities Bathe and groom pets according to their specific needs and breed standards. Safely handle and restrain animals during bathing and grooming procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the bathing area and grooming tools to ensure a safe environment. Monitor pets for any signs of distress or health issues during the grooming process. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pet's needs and grooming preferences. Assist in the overall care of animals in the facility Requirements Previous experience in pet care, animal handling, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of animal restraint techniques and safe handling practices. Familiarity with various breeds and their grooming requirements is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. A background in veterinary care, such as experience as a veterinary technician or assistant, is advantageous but not required. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being is essential.
