• This is a hands-on grooming role focused on delivering an outstanding experience for every pet and pet parent.

o In your first 30 days, you'll focus on learning our systems, getting comfortable in the van, and building relationships with clients and their dogs while delivering high-quality grooms. o Within your first 90 days, you'll be running a consistent schedule, refining your workflow, and contributing to a smooth, reliable experience for your clients. o By 6 months, you'll be operating efficiently and independently, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently delivering top-tier grooming services that keep customers coming back.

• You'll spend the majority of your time grooming and working directly with pets. Your responsibilities will include performing full-service grooms (bathing, drying, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning etc.), ensuring each dog is handled with care and attention, and tailoring each groom to the breed and client preferences.
• You'll communicate clearly with pet parents before and after appointments, maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming van and play a key role in creating a positive, stress-free experience that builds long-term client relationships. Job Requirements
• We're looking for groomers who take pride in their work and genuinely care about the pets they serve.
• You should have at least 2 years of professional dog grooming experience (cat grooming is a plus), a strong understanding of breed-specific cuts and grooming techniques, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and comfort driving a grooming van are required.
• Mobile grooming experience a plus
• Most importantly, you should have a true passion for dogs and a commitment to providing a great experience for every pet.
• Be able to groom up to a 100 lb. dog. The van is equipped to limit the amount of heavy lifting, but manual lifting is needed. Compensation
• We believe great groomers should be paid like great groomers, that grooming is not a job but a career.
• Compensation is based on daily revenue with you earning a variable percentage of production  the more money we bring in, the higher percentage you keep.
• Groomers can expect to earn $60k
• 80k in annual cash earnings, depending on the wages from the aforementioned percent of production plan and customer tips
• Medical and dental benefits with employer contribution are available for full time employees.
• Work shifts will be 4 days of 10 hours per day.
