ARE EXPANDING TO A NEW LOCATION AND NEED LONG TERM DAYCARE/OVERNIGHT/EVENING DAYCARE STAFF

) Responsibilities Supervise dogs during playtime, rest periods, and feeding to promote safe and enjoyable interactions Assist with dog training exercises to encourage good behavior and socialization skills Handle animals with care, using proper restraint techniques to ensure safety for pets and staff Maintain cleanliness of the play areas, kennels, and grooming stations to uphold hygiene standards Provide pet grooming and basic veterinary assistance when needed, including handling minor health concerns Support pet sitting services by monitoring animals' needs and communicating any concerns to owners or veterinary staff Engage in animal handling activities that promote comfort and trust while managing multiple dogs simultaneously Qualifications Prior experience in dog handling, pet sitting, or kennel work is highly desirable Knowledge of dog training techniques and veterinary procedures is a plus Experience with pet grooming, animal restraint, or veterinary technician tasks is beneficial Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to move supplies or assist with animals Animal handling skills that demonstrate patience, confidence, and compassion Previous veterinary assistant or kennel experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us in creating a lively, caring environment where dogs thrive! Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
