Found Chicago and Pup Start are part of a progressive dog training and wellness ecosystem dedicated to high standards in care, behavioral rehabilitation, and client education.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dog Groomer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for grooming a wide variety of dog breeds. Ideal candidates are passionate about dog grooming , calm under pressure, coachable, and committed to a high standard of care.
Responsibilities:
Perform full-service grooming including bathing, drying, haircuts, ear cleaning, nail trims, and gland expression Maintain cleanliness of grooming tools and workstations Work closely with our training and kennel teams to understand individual dog needs and temperaments Communicate effectively with clients about grooming needs, services, and outcomes Follow safety and handling protocols for dogs with behavioral sensitivities Keep accurate grooming records
Compensation:
$50,000 per year to start Potential for commission based on performance Supplies provided
