Our team strives to ensure the health and well-being of every animal that walks through our doors. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dog Groomer to join our grooming team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship and animal handling skills, with strong attention to detail and a compassionate, patient approach. In this role, you will be responsible for grooming dogs according to client expectations while ensuring each pet's safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the process. Duties Perform professional grooming services on dogs, including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping, ensuring high-quality results. Handle dogs safely and effectively, utilizing proper animal restraint techniques to prevent injury or stress. Assist with pet care routines such as ear cleaning, brushing, and skin treatments as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and work areas in accordance with health standards. Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding grooming preferences, special needs, or health considerations. Support veterinary staff with animal handling during procedures or examinations when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring a positive experience for both pets and owners. Reliable and punctual Experience Proven experience in pet grooming, with knowledge of various dog breeds and grooming styles. Experience with animal handling, restraint, and pet care routines is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle larger animals safely. Schedule:

Monday•Friday (Saturday as needed) 2-4 days per week Start time at 7:00 am

Compensation:

55% commission•based pay

Pay:

$0.01•$60,000.00 per year
