Bather / Prep Assistant✨ Locations Zionsville. Northwest side of Indianapolis Our small upscale grooming salon is looking for a reliable, motivated Bather/Prep Assistant to join our team 4 days a week (8 AM - 5 PM, no weekends). We're looking for someone who already has experience as a bather, grooming assistant, or a newer groomer (around 1 year of experience) who wants to continue learning and growing in the industry. What we're looking for:- Eager to learn and grow
- Takes direction well
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Gentle, patient handling skills with dogs
- Reliable and punctual Required skills:
- Nail trims/grinds
- Paw pad shaving
- Sanitary trims ("potties")
- Bathing and drying dogs
- Proper brushing and combing techniques
- Ability to safely run a blade or comb attachment over a dog A plus:
- Fluff drying experience We take pride in quality work, a clean environment, and treating every dog with care.
