This is not a "just play with dogs all day" job. Our playgroups are small and structured, our standards are high, and our dogs thrive because of it. We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to build a career working with dogs —not just a short-term gig. You'll be on your feet, thinking critically, reading dog body language, managing play groups, cleaning up, and always learning. This job includes prolonged standing and walking. You must be able to move quickly in the event you need to intervene between dogs. This job includes occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and bending. This job is for you if: You take pride in showing up, staying organized, and working hard You want to learn behavior and training—not just babysit dogs You're ready for physical work (on your feet, quick movements, lifting up to 50 lbs) You communicate clearly and respectfully with both dogs and people You want a long-term role and are not looking for seasonal or temporary work

Requirements:

Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Basic computer ability (Mac/iPad experience is a bonus) Reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends/holidays
