What We're Looking For Must have: Minimum 5 years grooming experience Strong handling skills (fearful, anxious, sensitive dogs) Calm, patient personality Professional client communication Quality work with reasonable speed (no 4-hour grooms) Safety-focused mindset Must provide own grooming tools Must be able to work independently
