In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs in our care. You will interact with dogs of various breeds and temperaments, ensuring their well-being while maintaining a clean and organized facility. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with dogs overnight Must be comfortable working alone, or with 1 other person overnight Maintain cleanliness of the daycare area, including kennels, play spaces, and equipment. Assist with feeding, administering medications, and monitoring the health of the dogs. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior and care needs. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for both dogs and staff. Skills Proficient in dog handling techniques to manage various breeds and temperaments. Experience in pet care, including knowledge of dog behavior Familiarity with kennel operations and best practices for dog daycare environments is a plus Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners.
