Duties Perform professional grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling tailored to each dog's breed and individual needs Handle dogs safely using animal restraint techniques to ensure comfort and security during grooming procedures Assess each pet's coat condition, skin health, and temperament to determine appropriate grooming treatments Maintain cleanliness of grooming tools, work stations, and bathing areas to uphold hygiene standards Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about grooming preferences and aftercare instructions Assist with pet handling during drop-off and pick-up processes, ensuring a positive experience for both pets and owners Support pet care routines such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and minor veterinary-related tasks when necessary Experience Prior experience in pet grooming or animal handling is highly preferred Familiarity with animal restraint methods, kennel procedures, and heavy lifting ensures safe handling of a variety of dog sizes and temperaments Strong customer service skills paired with pet grooming skills.

Pay:

$23.70 - $100.00 per hour
