Pack Leader (Dog Daycare Attendant)

The Dog Retreat & Spa - Waltham, MA (40 minutes from downtown Boston) Looking to work in a structured, professional dog daycare where safety, enrichment, and quality care come first? At The Dog Retreat & Spa, we provide premium daycare, lodging, grooming, and rehabilitation services in a 20,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility designed with dogs' comfort and safety in mind. What You'll Do As a Pack Leader, you'll: Supervise and engage with dogs in structured group play Monitor dog body language and behavior to maintain safe group dynamics Assist with enrichment activities and mental stimulation Maintain a clean and sanitized environment Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care Training & Development No experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right applicant.
