We have served more than 10,000 pet parents, employ nearly 60 team members, and our Urbana location is the heart of everything we do. The Store Manager role is a leadership seat for someone who wants to run a real operation, work directly with the owner on growth, and build something that lasts. The Role As Store Manager, you are the on-site operational leader of our Urbana location. You own the day-to-day execution of four of our five departments, Grooming, Retail, Small Dog Daycare, and Dog Training. You are the face of the store, the leader on the floor, and the operator responsible for service quality, team performance, and a welcoming, high-trust experience for every pet parent who walks in. The In-Home Pet Care department is managed separately by our In-Home Care Managers, so your focus stays on the storefront.
