This is a closing position (Tuesday-Saturday, Saturday required, 1pm-6pm ) focused on keeping our space clean, safe, and calm for every dog in our care. What you'll actually be doing: Ensuring dogs are safe, comfortable, and cared for before and after grooming Reading dogs—adjusting handling based on age, energy, or anxiety level Cleaning/Sanitizing like it matters…because it does Quickly, safely, and efficiently handling messes (yes, all of them) Following strict sanitation protocols —not "close enough," but exactly right Completing all closing duties so the next day starts clean, safe, and ready Who you are: You genuinely love dogs (not just the easy ones) You're calm under pressure—chaos doesn't shake you You're attentive, observant, and always aware of dog behavior You take pride in cleaning—like, really take pride in it You understand that sanitation isn't optional—it's how we protect every dog in our care You think dog hair is basically canine glitter and aren't afraid to wear it home
