Scheduled to be open in early July. We're a modern grooming salon looking for employees to take exceptional care, breed-standard precision and provide a premium experience for our clients to keep them coming back. If you are interested in joining our newly established growing team where we will be using state of the art marketing strategies and bathing equipment, plus simple to use online scheduling platform for our groomers and customers then this is the right place for you. Duties Perform professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and brushing to meet breed standards and client preferences Safely handle dogs of all temperaments and sizes using proper animal restraint techniques Assess each pet's health and behavior, alerting owners to any concerns that may require veterinary attention or special care Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, stations, and work areas to ensure a hygienic environment Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about grooming needs, preferences, and aftercare instructions Assist with pet handling during appointments, ensuring comfort and safety at all times Support additional pet care tasks such as light training or pet sitting as needed, demonstrating versatility in animal handling skills Experience Previous experience in pet grooming or animal handling is highly preferred Knowledge of dog training techniques and veterinary experience is a strong asset Familiarity with veterinary technician or veterinary assistant roles enhances your ability to recognize health issues during grooming Experience working with animals such as horses or in kennel environments demonstrates broad animal handling skills Strong customer service background ensures positive interactions with clients and pet owners Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for bathing tubs, grooming equipment, or large dogs Prior experience in pet sitting or animal care roles contributes to a well-rounded understanding of pet needs Join us to turn your love for animals into a rewarding career!
