We are focused on providing a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for pets and their owners while building long-term relationships within our community. We are looking for a reliable and experienced groomer who is passionate about animal care and customer service. Responsibilities Groom dogs according to breed standards and customer requests Bathe, dry, brush, and trim pets safely and professionally Perform nail trims, ear cleaning, and other grooming services Maintain a clean and organized grooming area Communicate with pet owners regarding grooming needs and recommendations Provide exceptional customer service Qualifications Previous dog grooming experience required Ability to groom a variety of breeds and coat types Strong animal handling skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently Reliable transportation and attendance Certification is a plus but not required What We Offer Flexible scheduling Growing customer base with strong local demand Clean and modern facility Opportunity to help shape and grow the grooming business Supportive and family-oriented work environment Employee discounts on services and products Compensation Compensation can be structured as: Commission-based pay Hourly pay Hybrid commission + hourly guarantee Compensation will be based on experience and productivity.
