- Perform professional grooming for all breeds: baths, brush-outs, de-sheds, de-mats, nail trims, and haircuts.
- Use clippers and scissors for breed-specific styles with precision.
- Keep pets safe, calm, and comfortable at all times.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with pet parents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming area.
- Report any health or skin concerns to owners or management.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent client experience.
What We're Looking For Required:
- Minimum 1 year professional grooming experience (all breeds preferred).
- Skilled with clippers, scissors, and finishing work.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Calm and confident with nervous or senior pets.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in high-volume or retail grooming settings.
