Pet Groomer Job Summary A Petropolis Groomer is a member of the grooming department that is responsible for giving dogs baths, haircuts, & other add-ons so that they leave our facility clean and looking fresh. Petropolis Groomers are expected to embrace our pet empowerment philosophy and complete grooms in a way the minimizes stress for our guests. In addition to this, Groomers are expected to help with other grooming department duties, with the rest of the team, including check-ins and departures, taking phone calls, cleaning, and managing appointments through our computer system.

Compensation Our groomers' earnings vary depending on the volume of each groomer. Based on the past few months, our groomers earn an average commission + tips of $54.48 per full groom (with haircut) & $28.10 per bath. This comes out to an average earnings of $31.63/hour
