Overview Join our dedicated team as an Animal Care Attendant and play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care for our furry, feathered, and scaled friends. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with animals, ensuring their well-being and comfort while supporting the overall operations of our animal facility. Qualifications Prior experience working with animals in a veterinary clinic, kennel, or pet care setting is highly desirable Knowledge of dog handling techniques and dog training methods Experience with veterinary procedures or as a veterinary technician or assistant is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large animals or equipment Strong animal handling skills and familiarity with animal restraint protocols Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and visitors Passionate about animal welfare with a positive attitude and proactive approach to care tasks Ability to work 10-hour shifts, holidays, and weekends is a MUST.
