Camp Bow Wow South Asheville is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our growing team. As the first face our customers see, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for both pet parents and their pups while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service at check-in and pick-up. Build positive relationships with pet parents while communicating clearly about services and scheduling. Assist with front desk operations, appointments, payments, and customer inquiries. Work directly with dogs and support overall camp operations as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout front-of-house areas. Help create a safe, upbeat, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Support teammates and jump in wherever needed during busy periods. What We're Looking For No experience required — we're willing to train the right person.

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers daily. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable in a fast-paced, active work environment. Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Passionate about dogs and committed to providing excellent customer service. Willing to work weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule. Important to Know This is NOT a sit-down desk job. This role requires being on your feet, staying active, multitasking, and working in a lively environment around dogs and customers throughout the day. $16.00 - $21.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you willing and able to work Saturdays & Sundays? Due to the nature of this business we are the busiest around holidays. Are you willing to be available on major holidays? Are you able to work, 7am-2pm, 10am-7p(Sundays), & 12pm-7pm? Do you want full time or part time? Are you able to be on your feet for long periods of time?
