We at Shear & Shine strive to be the best groomers in WNC and are looking for professionals who share the same passion for pets. We offer 40% commission, plus tips. Our groomers average 5 to 6 dogs a day, earning upwards of $35/hr with the potential for more. Guaranteed two days off per week; Sundays and Mondays. We take at least one Saturday off each month. We offer one weeks paid vacation after one year of being with us.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of grooming experience
- Responsible for all aspects of grooming
- Must maintain a positive, professional attitude working with a cohesive team
- Must be comfortable grooming the majority of breeds
