Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Kennel Technician and Doggie Daycare Attendant, where your passion for animals and energetic attitude will make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care, handling, and enrichment for dogs in our kennel and daycare facilities. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that promotes pet well-being and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of breeds and personalities while honing your animal care skills. Duties Safely handle and restrain dogs of all sizes using proper techniques to ensure their safety and comfort Provide daily cleaning, feeding, medication administration, and monitoring of animals in the kennel and daycare areas Engage dogs with positive reinforcement training techniques to promote good behavior and socialization Observe animals closely for signs of illness or distress; Maintain detailed records of pet care activities, behaviors, and any incidents or concerns Support pet sitting services by providing attentive care during owner absence or special events Qualifications Prior experience working with animals in a kennel, veterinary clinic, or pet care setting is highly preferred but not required Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members A genuine love for animals combined with energetic motivation to provide compassionate care Join us in creating a safe, joyful environment where pets feel loved and cared for!
