Camp Counselor•
Dog Daycare and Overnight Camp Starting Pay:
$13.00•$14.50 per hour plus tips and bonuses

Full-time or Part-time About Us We're a small but busy, fast-paced, and fun dog boarding and day camp facility that believes in creating a safe, enriching, and tail-wagging environment for every pup in our care. We're excited to welcome a dependable, energetic, and organized team member who loves dogs and doesn't mind getting a little dirty in the name of puppy happiness! Our team is passionate, hardworking, and committed to giving every camper the best experience possible — all while maintaining a high level of safety, structure, and security. Available Positions We're currently hiring a new team member to fill one of the following roles:
Morning Session Camp Counselor Starting Pay:
$13.00/hr + tips & bonuses
Hours:
32-34 hours per week
Schedule:
7:30am•2:00pm, 4-5 days per week Must have availability to work 2-3 weekends per month and holidays Must participate in a paid working interview if selected as a potential candidate Must be available for an intensive 15 day training period if chosen after the interview
Afternoon Session Camp Counselor Starting Pay:
$13.00/hr + tips & bonuses
Hours:
25-33 hours per week
Schedule:
1:00pm•7:15pm, 4-5 days per week Must have availability to work 2-3 weekends per month and holidays Must participate in a paid working interview if selected as a potential candidate Must be available for an intensive 15 day training period if chosen after the interview Flexible /
Open Availability Camp Counselor Starting Pay:
$14.50/hr + tips & bonuses
Hours:
32-40 hours per week
Schedule:
May include a mix of morning, afternoon, or split shifts Ideal for someone who thrives on variety and can adapt as needed Must have availability to work 3-4 weekends per month and holidays Must participate in a paid working interview if selected as a potential candidate Must be available for an intensive 15 day training period if chosen after the interview Training Requirement All new hires must be available for an intensive 15 day training period during any of the following times: 7:30am•2:00pm (5 days) 1:30pm•7:00pm (5 days)
Split Shift:
7:30am•12:30pm & 4:00pm•7:00pm (5 days) This paid training ensures all new team members are fully comfortable with our safety protocols, cleaning procedures, dog-handling standards, and daily routines. Once training is successfully completed and the training test is passed, your regular shift schedule will begin. What We Do Feed, walk, and supervise dogs of all sizes (2 to 200 pounds) Clean and sanitize the pups' rooms, play areas, and common spaces Oversee small playgroups and promote safe, positive socialization Assist with grooming (bathing, brushing, cleaning ears, etc.) Participate in and oversee enrichment activities such as swimming (summer), golf cart rides, walks, and daily mental stimulation exercises Follow care instructions and daily routines precisely Record accurate notes and observations about each dog Monitor and report any health or behavioral changes promptly Maintain strict safety and cleaning protocols at all times Keep tails wagging with kindness, patience, and enthusiasm! What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and organized Physically capable of lifting, bending, and staying active throughout the day Comfortable working with all dog breeds and sizes A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude Prior animal care experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
