In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face for pet owners and visitors, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your energetic and organized approach will help create a positive experience for clients and their furry friends alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine administrative skills with a love for animals, making every day rewarding and engaging. Duties Greet clients, visitors, and pet owners warmly, providing exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently Handle all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling using computer software. Maintain accurate records of client information, pet details, and service logs through data entry and filing systems Assist with office management tasks like calendar management and organizing paperwork to ensure smooth daily operations Provide support with administrative duties such as proofreading documents, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies Uphold excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer questions or concerns promptly and courteously Experience Previous office or clerical experience preferred, especially in customer service or administrative roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency.
