What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate can be a current professional, graduate, or anyone with basic grooming knowledge. He or she must have a passion for animals, be self-motivated, and value mentoring and a coaching environment. This position requires positive and effective communication, soft skills, and teamwork. What You'll Do As a Dog Bather / Assistant Groomer, you'll be an essential part of creating an exceptional experience for every pet and pet parent who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Bathing, blow drying, brushing, de-shedding, and preparing dogs for grooming Assessing skin, coat, ears, nails, and overall pet wellness Nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, sanitary trims, and paw pad shaving Supporting groomers to ensure every pet receives outstanding care Creating a calm, positive experience for pets during their visit Assisting with customer check-in and check-out Provide status updates to owners as their pet moves through the process Maintaining accurate customer records Helping keep the salon clean, safe, and welcoming Participating in community events and helping support our rescue and education initiatives
