Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pet grooming services, including bathing, trimming, styling, and finishing touches tailored to each pet's breed and individual needs Handle animals with care and confidence, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process Perform animal restraint safely and effectively during grooming procedures to prevent stress or injury Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, adhering to sanitation standards for health and safety Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and after-care instructions Learn and understand how to operate our business computer program "Gingr" Requirements At least 1 years' experience in the field of pet grooming dogs and/or cats Proven experience in pet grooming with a strong understanding of breed standards and grooming techniques Knowledge of animal handling, restraint techniques, and pet care best practices Experience working with dogs of various sizes and temperaments; familiarity with veterinary environments is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to lift or move pets safely Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with pet owners and team members Strong animal handling skills combined with patience, compassion, and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your love for animals fuels your daily work!
