Our shop has a natural, grounded feel with a focus on doing things right and building long term client relationships. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced groomer who takes pride in their work and can handle a steady schedule without sacrificing quality. Our books are consistently filled about 3 months out, so this position comes with a full schedule and strong earning potential from day one. Responsibilities Full service grooming including bathing, drying, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning. Groom a variety of breeds to client preference. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Identify skin issues, matting, or concerns and inform clients. Handle dogs safely and confidently. Support overall shop cleanliness and flow. Requirements Ability to complete 5 to 8+ dogs per day depending on size and coat. Strong scissoring and finishing skills. Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
