We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pet Groomer with at least 2+ years of Professional Dog and/or Cat Grooming.

Note:

This is not a position for someone learning how to groom. You must have experience in a professional grooming salon. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to various pets, ensuring they look and feel their best. You must have your own up to date and working tools. If you have a passion for working with animals and possess excellent grooming skills, we would love to hear from you! We are all about teamwork at our salon!!

• Responsibilities:

• Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets according to breed standards or pet owner preferences
• Handle pets with care and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process
• Inspect pets for signs of health issues or skin conditions and report any concerns to pet owners or veterinarians
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming requirements and provide recommendations as needed
• Keep accurate records of each pet's grooming history and special requests for future appointments

• Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pet Groomer
• -Knowledge of different grooming techniques for various breeds of dogs and cats
• Ability to handle pets with patience, compassion, and professionalism
• —Certification in pet grooming or 2+ years experience in pet grooming
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with basic veterinary care practices is a plus
