9:45 am - approx. 3:30-5:00 pm | Saturdays required Are you a dog lover with great people skills? Ahead of the Pack, a grooming salon and retail shop in Haddonfield, NJ, is looking for a Pet Care Associate to be the friendly face of our business. What You'll Do Greet clients and their dogs, answer phones, and manage front desk operations Schedule grooming appointments based on breed, coat type, size, and haircut style Assist the groomer throughout the day with dog handling and supplies Recommend and sell retail products; process transactions via POS Check dogs in/out, maintain accurate client records, and perform light cleaning Navigate a multi-level workspace (stairs required daily) What We're Looking For Customer service or retail experience preferred Genuine interest in dogs; basic breed knowledge a plus Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times per day Experience in pet grooming, vet offices, or dog daycare is a bonus Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., MoeGo) helpful but not required Who You Are You're reliable, detail-oriented, and bring a positive attitude to a busy, dog-filled environment. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
